This policy explains what personal data RosaceaTrack collects through the waitlist form at rosaceatrack.app, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form we store:

Email address — to notify you when early access opens.
Survey answers — how you currently track your rosacea and what features matter to you. Used only to shape the product.
Referrer — if you arrived via a shared link, we record that source (e.g. share) to understand how the waitlist grows. This is not linked to any other user's data.
Sign-up timestamp — the date and time you submitted the form.

We do not collect your name, phone number, or any health data through the waitlist form.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your entry.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data until one of the following happens:

You ask us to delete it.
Early access has been offered to all waitlist members and the waitlist is no longer active.

5. Analytics

This site uses Umami, a cookie-free, privacy-first analytics tool. Umami does not collect personal data and does not use cookies. Analytics are processed by Umami Cloud (EU region). No personal data is shared with third parties.

6. Third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. The following third-party services process data on our behalf:

Loops (loops.so) — used to send the waitlist confirmation email to your address. Only your email address is shared. Loops acts as a data processor under GDPR.
DigitalOcean (EU region) — hosts our private database where waitlist entries are stored.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Deletion — ask us to remove your entry from the waitlist.
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Complaint — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@rosaceatrack.app with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days.
